Mark Hagen, le directeur de HARI, croit fermement au partage de ses connaissances et de son expérience. De ce fait, il a publié des douzaines de mémoires de recherche relatifs à son travail chez HARI, comprenant l’incubation des œufs, les oléagineux et l’alimentation, les aliments complets, l’élevage et le contrôle sanitaire des maladies, le design de cages, la ventilation et les soins pédiatriques. Beaucoup de ses mémoires ont été présentés à la plupart des conférences en aviculture tenues aux États-Unis, au Canada et en Australie.
